Superior service and customer care have been my mission throughout my professional history.

I began as a bank clerk trainee and served after my three-year traineeship as a wealth management assistant. With the decision to leave the bank and study Product and Customer Management my activities in event management had their roots.

By travelling internationally and working on major international shows I gained many relevant contacts.

With many experiences abroad, including studies in Canada and diverse marketing interships in New York City and Los Angeles I continued to enlarge my network.

As an event consultant for a leading advertising agency for luxurious brands, I provided world-class concierge and guest management services to their clients and guests.

I discovered a need for all available special customer care, especially on popular and exclusive (marketing) events.

With the relevant background, a portfolio of contacts, networks and the will to provide personalized, dedicated customer service I founded CONVIVE.
